David Robinson
David Robinson is the Founder and Owner of The GladLion Group LLC, a family-forward home construction and renovation company serving the greater Charlotte, Fayetteville, and Fort Liberty areas. Born from a vision shared with his wife, Keitra, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, GladLion began as a hands-on real estate venture to teach their sons about entrepreneurship, resilience, and the power of family legacy. What started as a family fix-and-flip learning experience quickly grew into something much greater—an award-winning renovation brand known for quality craftsmanship, streamlined project delivery, and giving back to the community.
Keitra Robinson
Keitra Robinson is the lead designer of renovations for the Gladlion Group. She is an integral part of the team, bringing her expertise in the home renovation and investor spaces. Keitra is a former practicing attorney and mediator who transitioned her career into a successful family real estate investment and home renovation business, led by her and her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband David and their 2 sons and dog, Jazz.
Jhonny Serna
Jhonny Serna is partner and lead construction supervisor for GladLion Group LLC. With over a decade of experience in construction both as a craftsman and business owner, Jhonny brings his experience, leadership, and extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial construction to the GladLion brand. When Jhonny is not in the field, he loves most spending time with his family.
Crystal Diaz
Crystal is the administrative and design assistant for GladLion Group LLC. Born and raised in Florida, in 2025 Crystal relocated to Charlotte with a dream of expanding on her knowledge of real estate. With 10 years of experience in the industry ranging from timeshare, title and escrow to being a realtor in Florida, Crystal brings her unique perspective to GladLion. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys trying new eateries, hiking, and learning more about the great city of Charlotte.
